Not Always a Success
This is one of those moments you rarely see in a gallery. A backstage shot from a workshop that was perfect, and what’s more, featured a stunning model, a great instructor, and an inspiring environment. The scene, with its circular backlight and the simple act of wrapping the model’s legs in a dark foam camping mat, was both simple and brilliantly creative.
In the heat of focusing on the composition and atmosphere, I unfortunately forgot the most basic setting. An incorrectly chosen shutter speed caused banding across all the main shots, ruining them. This snapshot serves as a reminder of that idea and a lesson that even the best scene doesn’t excuse technical oversight.

My thanks to Lindolina for her patience and to Mark for the brilliant, creative idea. Even though the technology failed at the most crucial moment, the inspiration remains.
Děkuji Lindolině za její trpělivost a Markovi za skvělý kreativní nápad. I když technika v ten nejdůležitější moment selhala, inspirace zůstala.
